Hubby's Special Birthday Gift to Me:). |
I got an IPad 2 from my loving hubby for my birthday just this August:). Yes, it is a favorite toy of mine not only because of its sentimental value but also because of how amazed I am of how I can use it to help me teach Uno the world of books, alphabets, math, counting, art and so much more! I did my research and tried to look for interactive books for Uno. And off I went downloading:). I paid for most of it though, but I think they are well worth it especially when I see Uno's fingers excitedly flipping the pages:). Just want to share with you Uno's favorites (and mine too:)) just in case you are looking for colorful, fun and educational apps for your kids aged from two to around seven years old.
Cars 2 -World Grand Prix. For obvious reasons, anything Cars 2 will excite him. Quite expensive but it is a very interactive book and you get to make your own race car and race it too:). |
Chuck and Friends - Friends for the Long Haul. Uno loves this so much! Well worth the price too for it has 75 pages, interactive and educational at the same time. |
Bartleby's Book of Buttons. This one I love too:)! Got it for free since they are awaiting the release of Volume 2.
The Monster at the End of this Book. Very cute!
Wild Fables. Stories with moral lessons.
The Three Little Pigs. A 3D fairy tale. Adorable and very colorful. Your child can help huff and puff down the houses through the mic of your ipad.
The Cat in the Hat Comes Back. Anything Dr. Seuss is worth it:). Don't you think so?
Mickey's Spooky Night. It has puzzle games that your child will enjoy within the story.
Toy Story 1, 2 and 3. Expensive but well worth it especially if your child is into Buzz and Woody.
Treasure Kai. An interactive adventure book with treasure chests, sharks, snakes, falling stones and what have you. Something like Indiana Jones:).
Nash Smasher. An interactive story with a lesson about a boy who loves to destroy things. It has pull-out tabs that works just like a real book!
Peter Rabbit Pop-Out. I just love Beatrix Potter and the magical illustrations in her books. This version retained the magic and it is well worth it.
Sentence Magic. Teaches your child to read in a fun way.
Ace Math. Let's your child practice math while having fun at the same time.
Thanks for dropping by:)!
